38th Annual Festival of the Kite
One of Southern California’s longest-running kite festivals is fun for all-ages with prizes awarded in various categories from the youngest kite flyer to the youngest at heart. The 9th Annual Yo-Yo competition kicks-off the festival on the pier and the winner of the 6th Annual Hot Dog on a Stick Eating Contest takes home a cash prize.
